In the two-part workshop, you will learn a variety of concepts and practical techniques to enhance your self-awareness and personal growth:

Into the Unknown was inspired by the 19th Gene Key and its gift of Sensitivity. Some don't see it as a gift and so they form codependent coping strategies. This workshop affords you a fresh approach to help you navigate your sensitivity with ease.



SESSION ONE: Understanding the REAL Compass


1. Introduction to the REAL Compass:

  • Learn about the four components of the REAL Compass: Relaxed, Engaged, Authentic, Loving.
  • Understand how each component plays a crucial role in navigating life's challenges and fostering inner balance.


2. Exploring the Mystery of Being:

  • Engage in discussions about embracing the unknown aspects of oneself.
  • Explore the rewards and challenges of deepening self-awareness.


3. Deep Dive into Each Component:

  • Relaxed: Discover the importance of calmness and presence, and learn relaxation techniques.
  • Engaged: Understand how to be actively present and connected with life through mindfulness exercises.
  • Authentic: Learn to embrace and express your true self through authentic movement or voice work.
  • Loving: Cultivate kindness and compassion towards yourself and others with loving-kindness meditation.


4. Preparation for Embodiment:

  • Introduction to techniques that will be used in Session 2 to embody the REAL Compass concepts.
  • Receive reflective journaling prompts to enhance the next session's experience.



SESSION TWO: Embodying the REAL Compass


1. Guided Practices for Each REAL Component:

  • Participate in guided exercises to physically and emotionally embody the principles of being Relaxed, Engaged, Authentic, and Loving.
  • Practice relaxation techniques, mindfulness exercises, authentic movement, and loving-kindness meditation.


2. Integration Meditation:

  • Experience a guided meditation to visualize and energetically install the REAL Compass into your system.
  • Access the recorded meditation for ongoing practice and reinforcement of the workshop concepts.


3. Sharing and Reflecting:

  • Share insights and experiences from the guided practices and meditation.
  • Engage in open discussions to deepen understanding and personal connection to the REAL Compass.


4. Continued Application:

  • Learn how to integrate the REAL Compass into daily life for ongoing self-awareness and personal growth.
  • Receive additional resources, including worksheets, journal prompts, and access to the recorded meditation for continued practice.


By the end of this workshop, you will have acquired practical tools for maintaining inner balance, techniques for self-expression and mindfulness, and a compassionate approach to navigating life's challenges.
