Course Description

The Vital: Life Force Amplified, Overflowing Joy and Gratitude

Step into the archetype ofย the Vital. He is the one who remembers that vitality lives in the way you meet life, the way you move with pressure, the way you respond when dissatisfaction arises.

Rooted in Gate 58 / Gene Key 58, the Vital carries the medicine of evolutionary joy, the life force that senses when something is out of rhythm and longs to bring it back into harmony. His presence awakens a ย knowing: life wants to feel alive.

Through creative inquiry, embodiment practices, and reflective exercises, youโ€™ll explore how the Vital transforms the shadow of dissatisfaction into the Gift of vitality, and ultimately into the deep stillness of bliss. Youโ€™ll be guided to notice where youโ€™ve been interfering with lifeโ€™s natural timing by pushing for improvement, chasing relief, fixing what isnโ€™t ready, or projecting fulfillment into the future.

We bring the Vital archetype to life by weaving together the teachings of Human Design, Gene Keys, Astrology, and the I Ching.ย This course is an invitation to stop fighting the ache and start listening to it. To restore rhythm by releasing urgency. To discover thatย true transformation isnโ€™t forcing life to feel better, itโ€™s allowing life to move freely until joy reveals itself. Over time, youโ€™ll feel what it means to be fully alive without needing a reason.
