This course is an invitation to stop living from the nervous system’s panic and begin living from the body’s deeper knowing of when to wait, when to move, and when to surrender.

We bring the Rhythmic archetype to life by weaving together the teachings of Human Design, Gene Keys, Astrology, and the I Ching. You’ll contemplate the dance between structure and spontaneity, discipline and softness, cycles and change. You will discover how to embody the Rhythmic’s gifts: trust in natural timing, devotion to life-giving routines, and the capacity to be fully present in the moment you are actually in.
