The Natural: I Am

Step into the archetype of the Natural. She is the one who remembers that self-love begins in how you treat yourself.ย Self-love is inย the way you speak to yourself, the way you move through pressure, the way you choose what is true for you even when it doesnโ€™t โ€œfit.โ€ Rooted in Gate 10 / Gene Key 10, the Natural carries the medicine of authentic behavior. Her presence invites the deepest exhale: I can be myself here.

Through creative inquiry, embodiment practices, and reflective exercises, youโ€™ll explore how the Natural transforms the shadow of self-obsession into the Gift of naturalness, and ultimately into the simple freedom of being. Youโ€™ll be guided to notice where youโ€™ve been trying to โ€œearnโ€ love through improvement, image, productivity, spiritual seriousness, or the exhausting attempt to become someone more acceptable.ย 

This course is an invitation to soften the egoโ€™s grip, to release the addiction to struggle, and to return to ease as a spiritual practice: Easy is right. Over time, youโ€™ll feel what it means to come home to yourself.

We bring the Natural archetype to life by weaving together the teachings of Human Design, Gene Keys, Astrology, and the I Ching. Youโ€™ll learn the Human Design foundations of Gate 10 as a G Center love gateโ€”the love of being yourselfโ€”and explore the six line expressions as โ€œbehaviors of the self,โ€ each one offering a distinct pathway to self-acceptance. The Natural reminds us that true transformation isnโ€™t forcing yourself into a better identity, itโ€™s relaxing into the one you already are, and letting that be enough.
